USF Marketing Shark Tank & Bitsbox Unique Selling Proposition Summary
Based on the 7 P’s of the Marketing Mix for Services from your textbook you will complete the following:
- Summary of the service being sold, including a statement if the service’s USP (unique selling proposition)
- Major benefits of using the service (the focus of service marketing)
- Specific challenges of marketing this service because of its intangibility and inseparability
- Identify all tangible pieces of the intangible service (the goods-services continuum)
- Describe all of the 7 P’s of the service explanied from the consumer’s standpoint and/or your recommendations for each if not clearly identified already.
Your group will follow the same general instructions (see bottom of the email) as the original assignment. Your group can choose one of the following two projects. If you do not have Hulu to watch the shark tank episode, I have included a YouTube video also, but you are free to research other videos on the service/product, especially the company website. You must include all resources as usual in the correct APA format. I will check all references.
