During the tragedy of 9/11 so many firefighters had faulty communication equipment, and they did not hear the directive to vacate the World Trade Center. Discuss how the outcome of 9/11 would have changed with better communication equipment. The assignment must include no less than 500 words, APA format, there is a craft to writing.
