In Proverbs 3:5-6 (New International Version), we are told, “Trust in
the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in
all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.”
God calls us to trust Him, but it is sometimes easier said than done.
While there may be a “right” answer, we can often find secular support
for alternate decisions.
Upon successful completion of this assignment, you will be able to:

Background Information
In order to minister to our non-Christian friends and colleagues, it
is important to understand how others determine right from wrong.
Christians do not hold a monopoly on ethical behavior. We can learn from
others. Along those same lines, it is important for us to be prepared
to defend our own faith and explain why secular theorists may not be
correct.
Instructions
- Review the rubric to make sure you understand the criteria for earning your grade.
- With clear, insightful critical thinking, write a paper responding to the following:
- Describe a realistic business scenario where you would most likely
employ Christian ethical principles to make management decisions. Be
detailed in your description of the scenario. - What ethical theories would you employ when making your decisions?
