Write about one or more areas FROM THE LIST BELOW that relate to your chosen company or organization.

Check Your Work and Properly Cites Your Sources!

I will deduct for sloppy mistakes, especially sloppy grammar errors  and a lack of cited sources. There is no min/mad of cited sources  required.

I am a firm believer in quality vs. quantity so make sure you do your research and think about your assignment before you submit it.

ASSIGNMENT EXAMPLE: SPOTIFY

Spotify handles the art of persuasion to its consumers through the principles of scarcity, reciprocity, and liking.

  1. Scarcity: When Spotify was first launched in the United Kingdom, it  was by “invitation only,” which limited its availability to the general  public. Due to high demand, it opened up its subscription service  globally.
  2. Reciprocity: Spotify offers a 30-day free plan for users to try out  its premium subscription. It offers four different premium plans  (student, family, partner, and individual), and they all include Hulu  and Showtime subscriptions as a bonus.
  3. Liking: Spotify offers a personalized playlist titled “Spotify  Wrapped” for each user at the end of the year. This playlist bundles  together the most listened songs of every user throughout the year.
