It’s 2016 and a man walks into the voting booth. Unbeknownst to him, he was actually the victim of a kidnapping. He was swiped off the street by the Clinton for President campaign and they put a computer chip in his brain! The computer chip will activate if he tries to vote for Trump and force him to vote for Hilary Clinton. However, the kidnappers made a mistake. This man has actually been a Democrat for his entire life. He has never voted for a Republican. He walks into the voting booth, selects all Democrats, and leaves without the chip ever activating. However, if he were to have tried to vote for Trump, the chip would have activated and forced a vote for Clinton. This man could not have voted for Trump if he tried. He had no ability to choose otherwise. He also didn’t want to choose otherwise. Can the man be considered free if he couldn’t have chosen otherwise? Please write 250 words and do not plagiarize.
