All organizations are always exposed to internal pressures and external environmental stress factors.Organizational development requires that the workforce adhere to new changes.  Change management is an essential leadership task that will assist employees within the workforce to be open and ready to embrace new techniques and methods that will contribute to the overall improvement of the company.
