The aim of this assignment is to test students’ knowledge of the various project leadership facets and how they relate to successful project management.

Brief Description

Students are required to write a report on the case study provided in Unit 3 under Project Charter.

Submission Instructions

Submission should be a maximum of 2 pages double-spaced (excluding title page and reference page) and should follow APA referencing style.

1. The case study presents knowledge in two related areas: Project Leadership and Project Practices. Before the case presents what was learned by the player or players, there was a process of unlearning; a breaking down of traditional knowledge practices that was required in order to eventually be successful. Describe the case in detail with a problem statement and references to the unlearning process. Explain how the principal character or characters were able to gain from their experiences

   a. Included all components of report (title page, all 6 case study analysis methodology steps with headings, references page)
   b. Spelling and grammar
   c. APA formatting (title, headings, references)
