Then, for your initial post, choose one of the current or emerging management trends discussed in these articles and address the following:

• Assess how the management topic that you researched for the final project will be impacted by this trend
• Based on your research, what recommendations can you make for companies to adapt their business models to best prepare for these changes?

Respond to at least two of your peers by first commenting on their assessment and recommendations. Then expand the discussion about the emerging trend they discussed by reflecting back on what you have learned throughout this course, identify at least one other key area of management that you think will be impacted by that emerging trend, and suggest strategies that companies might employ to prepare for them.
