Question: How is your capstone project innovative for the organization you have chosen? Identify ways your capstone is forward-thinking but also appropriate for the “now” of the organization.

Answer: My capstone project is innovative for the current organization that I have chosen because it gives students a chance to retain whatever they have been learning or have learned due to life experiences or previous college experiences students can apply it to the new experience, which adds new ideas to the program. My capstone is forward-thinking by having certain learning techniques in place in order to help the students. Adding an impact specialist to our program is forward-thinking because we are dealing with non-traditional students or adult learners the impact specialist will be responsible for developing and/or recommending curriculum, managing complex and varied projects, and working with leadership in support of employee learning and development (2019). I believe by having these things in place will be forward-thinking but also appropriate for the now. This will help our students in the Bridge program be successful until graduation especially with the help from the impact specialist.
