This critical thinking assignment seems to trip students up. Here is what you need to do.

“Identify a minimum of four project risks faced in the case study.” The case study, no matter which one you select, discusses risks. Pick four of them and express them in the cause-risk-effect format. Next the instructions state “Identify a minimum of four risk response strategies and detail how these risk solutions can be implemented to achieve project success.” What you want to do is state which risk response you will use for each risk you selected and how they will support project success. Your subsections should look something like:

Risk N. [Risk Category]

Risk: As a result of [cause], [risk] may occur, which could result in [effect].

Then briefly explain the risk.

Risk response: [Choose – Escalate, Avoid, Mitigation,Transfer, Accept, Exploit, Enhance, Share]. State why you chose that response and how it supports project success.
