For example, an introduction
My reflection will draw from Smollan’s (2006) and Kubler Ross’s (1969) work to reflect on my experience of a change in role during the restructuring of a manufacturing company. I will identify the role of my manager and her support for me as I moved through confusion of thought, sadness, and anger due to my change of role in the organisation. Secondly I will  apply my experience to ten Have, Graamans & ten Have’s (2019) assumptions 2,7,4,9,18 and 5.  I will explore how a dialogic sense making approach to the changes in the organisation may have been more appropriate  and how we could have benefited from following Hamlin’s six phases of change to prepare us for our new roles in the organisation. Finally, I will conclude by reflecting on my key learnings from the change experience and how I can apply those learnings to the future when I manage change in an organisation. (153 Words)
