In blog format, explain why you think so, using some concrete examples. Also discuss the strengths and drawbacks of using that HR strategy in the organization.
Utilize at least 2 valid sources to help strengthen your discussion.
Upload your paper by the module due date. Paper length: 3 pages, not counting the cover and reference pages.
