Leadership Model Essay:
Utilized your knowledge of Theories of Business Leadership, Concepts of Leadership, Psychological Foundations of Feadership and examine your personal strengths and weaknesses as a leader.
Address the following when developing your leadership model:
a. Choose a name for your leadership model
b. Describe the key components of your model, including the psychological foundations that are the basis of your model.
c. Describe the traits and behaviors that are the core of your leadership model and explain how a leader will utilize these traits and behaviors to achieve organizational objectives.
d. Explain what type of leader will be most successful emulating your model and why.
e. Describe which of the leadership influence tactics will be most effective for leaders to utilize when applying your model.
f. Describe how situational leadership applies to your model.
g. Explain the barriers and opportunities that may affect the implementation of your leadership model.
Guidelines to the Essay:
a. The essay should begin with an introduction to the topic.
b. Organization should be logical, clear, and appropriate.
c. You should provide strong evidence of critical thinking.
d. Essay should end with a conclusion statement to support your essay.
** The format of the submission should be in essay format using subheadings.
** Need Four (4) peer-reviewed, academic sources no more than 5 years old minimum**
** The Essay should be 5 Full pages minimum not including Title page and Reference page**
