It is important that you have the opportunity to dig deeper in your study of organizational behavior, extending your
understanding of issues and developments in the field and implications of these on managerial practice. Grounded in
original research and reflection, address one or more important societal or organizational trends (such as IT, greening and
environmental consciousness, demographic trends, workforce diversity, workforce violence, outsourcing, ethics,
telecommuting, use of temps and contract workers, virtual teams, etc.) and implications on organizational functioning,
teamwork, and leadership. Focus your research on an area of personal interest and discuss practical significance and
implications of societal and organizational developments for organizational behavior and managerial practice. There is a 10-
page maximum limit imposed, however, use only as many pages as are really necessary to effectively present/communicate
clearly and concisely.
The specific outcomes associated with this assignment are:
