English Homework Help

I need someone to write my English speech, basically I picked a quote and have to write a speech that relates to it. the quote is: “If the system is broken, my inclination is to fix it rather than fight it. – Sonia Sotomayor”  and im doing it on why school should start later and i’m presenting it as a student speaking to the administration of my school (dear administration…..) its a pretty easy speech because i’m a grade 7 student but I have way too many tests, homework etc coming up to write this speech. thanks 🙂 and I think its about 2 and a half minutes long
