UH Local Government Development in The United States Essay
Develop the topic into a well-organized essay, following the guidelines below. Correct spelling and grammar will be considered during grading. Section 1: (From Chapter 1) Trace the development of the reform impulse within the federal government during the John Kennedy and Lyndon Johnson administrations. In other words, how did the federal government come to be more interested in helping local governments solve their problems?

It was also reluctant to accept help from the federal government. What were some of the forces that brought about a change in these attitudes?
