This is a multi-part question so look at each component and organize your response accordingly.
Define AI and ML (including components) and why it is important to understand these technologies in a business context.
Using the Turing method design a simple test to evaluate AI technology and present the results for the following bots. Specifically, compare and contrast each of these AI programs by creating a test and results matrix – this will be evidence to support your analysis.
However, before conducting the simple test you must define each component of the test and why it is important in a business context. You will conduct two actual tests. First, a test of two AI ML bots and then a test of actual business bots in production today.
To ensure that the reader understands your methods you must detail the test you plan to use on the bots so that it can be repeated. Keep in mind that these bots only have a certain amount of AI so you are measuring the degree of Turing they can pass relative to intelligent agents.

Wysa requires a download to a smartphone, and you may need to adapt the test for this type of bot.
Note that you will need to adapt your test for the specific bot you are evaluating. The premise is to assess the effectiveness of these technologies in a business context (mainly customer support or sales).
Part 2:
Create your comparative analysis using Tableau and upload the package.
Try making a case for or against these AI bots in business.
