You will read through three different workplace scenarios and choose one that appeals to you. Using the information provided in the scenario and your knowledge of PAD, you will produce a set of correspondence documents for your chosen scenario. The scenario provides the audience you are writing for and the purpose you are trying to accomplish. It is your job to use that information to choose the kind of document (email, memo, or business letter) that best fits the situation. Once you have decided on the kind of documents you need to create, you will use the information in the scenario to create complete, professional-looking documents. You may make up any information that is not explicitly spelled out in the scenario.
